Kat Ouano Mobley came to Kauai the way many people do, and then stayed the way only a few do. A Filipino-American raised in the Midwest, Kat built her life intentionally on the Garden Island, planting roots as a mother, community leader, and trusted Realtor® who genuinely loves this island.
Before real estate, Kat was a professional musician, touring and recording with multiple internationally known groups including Crown City Rockers. That career taught her something that no licensing course can: how to read a room, improvise under pressure, and show up with full presence for every performance. She brings all of that to her clients.
A licensed Realtor® since 2018, Kat holds certifications as a Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE), Sellers Representative Specialist (SRS), Certified Expert Listing Agent (CELA), and Certified Expert Buyers Agent (CEBA). She specializes in luxury residential properties, short-term vacation rentals, and investor transactions including 1031 exchanges, with the market knowledge to navigate Kauai's unique regulatory landscape, including grandfathered STVR permits.
Beyond her own practice, Kat has proudly served her community as PTSA President at Kalaheo Elementary for the past two years, and as a media mentor for students. She believes that showing up for people is not just a professional value, it is a way of life.
